After spending some time detained back in California and being on the road to South Carolina for almost a week, singer Larry Hernández arrived to Newberry’s prison on October 23rd and was a free man by noon after posting a $200,000 bail.
Hernández and his associate Jesús Solís were charged with kidnapping, third degree assault and battery by mob after the alleged victim, identified as José/Jesús Andrade, reported the happenings to the Newberry authorities.
It’s been a week since the “Larrymanía” star was released from jail and rumors about him selling the story to the best bidder started surfacing earlier this week. The 38-year-old decided to clarify the situation via YouTube on Friday October 30.
“It is important to reiterate that due to the legal processes I’m going through, my lawyers are not allowing me to do interviews or any declarations regarding the case,” Hernández mentions in a video. “It’s because of that, that I haven’t and I will not give interviews to any media.”
