JLo Walks Out In The Iconic Green Dress Again 20 Years Later - And Looks Even Better
JLo once again proving that Latinas got those good genes.
Jennifer Lopez shuts down Fashion Week with an even more revealing version of her iconic 2000 Grammys gown.
Most of us are out here wishing we could fit into our pre-baby/pre-beer-gut jeans, while JLo is rocking an even skimpier version of a dress she wore 20 years ago - and looking even better than the first time around.
At Milan Fashion Week, JLo stunned the audience at Versace by closing out the show in a flowing, sleeveless version of the plunging neckline Versace gown she wore to the 42nd Grammy Awards in 2000.
The 2019 creation features the same fabric pattern, deep V, and gem-encrusted brooch, but has cutouts at the waist and flutters open to reveal her incredibly toned legs.
Here's a side-by-side.
JLo's original dress blew up the internet so hard in 2000 that it actually inspired the creation of Google Images (because so many people were searching for it).
After the 2000 Grammys, millions of people took to the internet to see @jlo in the Jungle dress, making it one the most popular Google searches at the time, ultimately inspiring the creation of Google Images. #VersaceSS20 #MFW pic.twitter.com/OHlI0e5p3g— VERSACE (@Versace) September 20, 2019
And this time around is no different; it has become literally the most talked-about moment of the week according to Today, with images and video of the reveal taking over social media.
Check out that strut. Murder.
As one fashion editor captioned her IG, "You're welcome."
