Man Falls Out of Giant Waving Mexican Flag

"This is how Mexicans are born," commented a Twitter user.
Onlookers were shocked as a figure fell out of an unfurling Mexican Flag on Día de la Bandera
Spectators at Central El Palomar park in Chihuahua, Mexico were expecting a flag raising to celebrate Mexico's Día de la Bandera on February 24th - what they were not expecting was for a figure to come flying out of the enormous waving flag.

Apparently, Mexican soldier Raul Misal Flores got his foot caught in the flag and, according to the Daily Mail, was "whisked off the ground".
Flores struggled in the flag before being thrown free and plummeting 20 ft, to the shock of hundreds of screaming onlookers, injuring his chest, hips, feet, and lungs. "I thought I was going to die and I thought of my mother," he said.
Fortunately, he is being treated at the Army hospital and is expected to make a full recovery.
